The low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller, based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture, combines 2KBytes of ISP flash, 128 Bytes ISP EEPROM, and 128 Bytes internal SRAM, 8-bit timer/counter with prescaler, 8-bit high-speed timer/counter with PWM and separate prescaler, 10-bit ADC, USI (Universal serial interface), and debugWIRE for on-chip-debug. The device is developed and manufactured according to the most stringent ISO-TS 16949 requirements; quality and reliability have been verified during regular product qualification per AEC-Q100 grade 1 standards. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the device achieves throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz allowing you to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
