A PLL ASK receiver with a receiving range of 300MHz to 450MHz for low-cost RF data communication systems with low data rates. The receiver works with most types of modulation schemes, including Manchester, Bi-phase and most PWM protocols. Operating supply voltage is 4.5V to 5.5V; operating temperature Range -40°C to +105°C. Main applications include security technology and keyless-entry systems.
