Multi-chip PLL ASK/FSK full duplex receiver in an SSO20 package specifically developed for low-cost RF data transmission systems with data rates from 1-10kBaud in Manchester or Bi-phase code. Works with the Atmel U2741B PLL RF transmitter. Operating frequency receiving range is 300MHz to450 MHz, operating upply voltage is 4.5V to 5.5V, operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C. Main applications include telemetering, security technology, and keyless-entry systems.
