Description
The RTC6619 is a 50 Ohm terminated type GaAs PHEMT SPDT antenna switch operating in 0.1-3 GHz frequency range. The RTC6619 features low insertion loss, high isolation and positive voltage operation with low power consumption. The switch is ideal to be applied in wireless application for WiMAX/LTE, WLAN, Bluetooth® and IEEE 802.11b/g/n transmit / receive function.
